How everything is organized to each different event, by another event. I have learned so much cause of this show and because of my class. This show really wants me to study more about Political Science and Philosophy. I am only in middle school and I find this very interesting to learn.

Plenty of people were left out. Did you see any mention of WEB DuBois, Marcus Garvey or Booker T Washington? There's got to be a limit to the material in a subject that covers a couple hundred years. I'm grateful we got what we got.

Just a brother from South Africa asking for some enlightenment and context, where was Malcom X by that time ? Aren't they activists from the same era? or it's like Dr. King is your "Mandela"? Like, even though there is a great number of activist that significantly contributed to ending the struggle, Dr. King (for USA), there was Malcom X, P Newton (not sure about the era/years active) and many more but they are hardly mentioned.. Then Mandela for (for SA) , we also had Oliver Tambo, Crishani, Mr and Mrs Sisulu ( but I assume most of non-SA citizens are not familiar with these names)
Like someone commented above, they had to stop somewhere and in an hour documentary could highlight only some main characters of the times. This should not diminish their contributions at all.
