Thank you, Sir. Pertaining to the question raised that those drawn back home from abroad become useless to themselves and their families. I met a man with the same experience in the early 90s in Ekiti. A very brilliant man who completed his PhD with a distinction in USA. But, was drawn home by his mother, the man came without any certificate though he lives a normal life but was not useful to anyone because he came with nothing
