Living vicariously through AHC reminiscing back to 2001 when I used to drool over these Spoon Sports parts and the ITR. Great video, the goodies just kept coming and coming. Nice attention to detail on lining up the Spoon text on the center caps and wheel decals.
Color: 10/10, wheel fitment: 10/10, rims choice: perfect, engine bay: just beautiful, brakes: 10/10, interior: 10/10 this is definietly ART ! im not gonna lie this is one of the best Teggy content on youtube.

Super clean job and makeover! Not really a fan of the new look Spoons/EVO 2, but I know the new design takes some getting used to. Especially on a 16", I would've gone with the classic flat outer lip. To each their own though, otherwise still a beautiful car and build.

The stock airbox is amazing on these (i'm talking about JDM's, maybe USDM is the same) really no need to get a load of heat soak running that DC air filter.
Doubt AHC did that. But I have to agree. I’m partial to the old school Comptech Icebox setup from back in the day. I made a DIY version long ago by running a pipe from the stock airbox down behind the turn signal, and running a K&N filter inside the airbox.
I have read on some forums about the adjustability of the spoon mirrors not working for LHD ITRs. What did you experience with that? I have ordered the spoon mirrors and was very concerned.
If I may, where is this place? Thanks to cat5 Michael most shops are gone. Hard to find a nice place to take old hondas. I would drive lodge and wait for some attention like this.
What is the offset specs of the sw388 offset from the 16x7.5 width. Also, the tires specs that you used for a rub free fenders with spoon front calipers
what gets me is that the rear lower control arms aren't ITR....looks like he has PIC coilovers on the R, but why didn't he go with a set that's made for the R
Those items were installed prior. To our understanding, at the time of the install of the PIC, they didn't have the Type-R rear setup available. They offered the owner with regular control arms from K-Tune. Stay tuned on the next episode, we will be making some changes
I like it the way it is for any Type R. I do prefer the JDM front section of the DC2. I can't never understand the K-swap on a DC. Might as well get the right chasis frm EP or FD for the K swap. Just my opinion.
I have Honda prelude si 4WS 1990. I owned this car over 20 years and wanted to rebuild , swap engines with H22 and restore the car but can’t find any shop to do the work. Any body can help. I’m located in LA. California.

After the re-wiring, the operated like the Oem.
Patiently waiting for my 96' ITR to arrive at port come July, and ya aren't making this waiting game any easier for me lol.

What camber are you running to fit these Spoon SW388? I've heard the best setup is still the OG 16x7 +45 and it's so hard to find them.
They are currently about -1.5 all aorund

They were for the Right Hand Drive. We have replaced them with the LHD units

What rotor will work with the spoon brakes caliber? I have a StopTech Rotors Slotted High-Carbon No Warp Rotor
You can run the USDM ITR rotors with the Spoon Twin Block calipers
