O LORD, I am so sorry to miss this sermon for I have just found like 3 days ago and I admit I fail to fast from sugar and rice on the 3rd day yet I urgently and desperately need the long over due walls in my life to fall. O Holy Spirit help me to get back up again and start fasting properly again.
I believe and know God can supply all my needs. He has many times and still do. Fasting is a faithful and powerful commitment. Fasting and praying works
