Real life deans are probably somewhere in-between Bitterman and the cool, chill Dean at Homer's college.

Well, he was a writer on the show from 1991-1993 and this episode came out in 1993. He wrote this episode, the monorail episode, "New Kid on the Block" the one where Bart has a crush on Ruth, and Treehouse of horror IV.
Its an episode carried by jokes similar to the Monorail episode. Most of the staff contributed. There's really very little story or heart to his contributions other than New Kid On The Block.
The picture he used for his college application gets me every time. Especially the press's reaction to it, reminds me of his file photo on Marge Vs. The Monorail. Without a doubt this is Conan's best episode.

This episode was way ahead of it’s time. This episode Literally shows the personality and attitude of how generations or college kids are today. Like most of those college kids act exactly like how the younger generation or college kids act today. More educated, good behaved attitude and empathetic and more aware of their health and well-being, which is a really good thing ngl. But the downside is they don’t know how to have fun or be wild because they take everything to seriously or cannot enjoy abit of fun.
