Why do best guns never have the lump through the bottom of the receiver? What are the pros and cons of that?

Hi Edward. There are no pros and cons, but the action of a Best Gun is made in this way because it has always been deemed aesthetically more pleasing. Ultimately it requires more work, as one would imagine, and hence you only see it on Best guns because of the price difference.
