This is Mrs Smith = Bu, Smith hanım.
Mr - Bey
Ms, Mrs - Hanım
Bey and Hanım are generally used with a name, like ''Smith Bey, Smith Hanım''.
If you don't want to mention his/her name and you just want to call them like ''this lady, this gentleman'', then use ''bay, bayan'' words.

Thanks very much for the lessons but regarding the numbers, how do we say 101, 221, 445 etc in Turkish language plss.
