Today I left Toronto, Canada and landed in Orlando, Florida for my next live Roman vs Fousey Tour. I had a absolute awesome day. Got to hangout and have some fun with Adam LZ Check him out here - / lzbmx I also spent most of my night getting my hand x rayed. Took at least 3 days to realize I actually broke my hand.. Crazy. Super dumb and embarrassed to share this story but maybe it's a good lesson for all of us! DONT PUNCH WALLS HAHA! Love you guys and thank you for being here. Smile More you are Beautiful! :)

I'm a dancer and have been dancing since 3 years old, I'm now 19. Broken all toes and permanently dislocated, permanently broken my nose and dislocated it in a different place, broke my wrist on my trampoline, broke my ankle and sprained it 4 times, broke my knee and dislocated it, and also my arm and my shoulder bone have been broken. I think it's just my back and neck to go now 😂(not that I want to break them but it's probably gonna happen😂😐)

In auto class at a tech school, A kid told me to punch his shoulder really hard with my thumb tucked into my fist. I was so naive at the time, I listened to him. Biggest mistake I ever did. I never went to the hospital, I couldn't afford it. It took a long time for my thumb to heal. When wrapping wire on stones and crystals my thumb does hurt and I have to take breaks. It's been 26 years now. Maybe one day I'll get it x-rayed to see the extent of the damage. Thank god it wasn't my left hand. I'm a lefty. lol

Yeah don't be ashamed I've broken my hand the same way more times than I can count it actually just doesn't even hurt me anymore so it was great advice I stopped doing that because I realize the only thing I'm hurting is myself and the situation never changed so definitely don't punch things but I've broken my hand so many times I can't even count

I have broken my Arm and wrist. I also sprained my ankle, I broke my arm by going on my scooter and rolling over a rock and landed in a push up position, my arm cracked about 75%, I ran down the stairs a year later and shattered my left wrist, not really shattered thought, just cracked. and I was running on ice with my friend and rolled my ankle as I fell.

I fractured my wrist and I play competitive felid hockey and I had to quit in the middle of the season and I had to miss the biggest tournament of the next two years😥 but now I am back on the field. So what I am trying to say is even though it seems it is over never give up always keep going and if you want something go get it. broken back, (2 surgeries), 3 rotator cuff surgeries, and I dislocated and demolished my shoulder...HUGE surgery! Still in recovery from back surgeries and pulverized shoulder....staying positive and learning a lot about myself. STAY STRONG FAM!

my 4yr old daughter jumped off a chair on xmas eve and broke her wrist it took me 5 days to realize something was really wrong. she hardly complained about and was using the hand and everything like normal. only time it really bothered her was at night and in the mornings from sleeping on it and after 5 days I decided to take her to the doctor. had to put a cast on for 4 weeks right now we r 2 weeks in! thanks for the story! makes me not feel so bad for not realizing sooner!
i broke 2 bones one time in 6th grade when this kid keep bulling me cause i studder then he pushed my friend which is a girl so i legit stood up and punched the wall then put him through a desk. then i broke my pinky at a football game in 10th grade but i stopped the guy from scoring and we also won. it was worth it.

Roman... you probably won't see this but the hardest bones in your body to break are the very tips of your fingers because they are such tiny bones... I have done it 5 times to my right hand fingers, on top of cracking my knee cap 3 times and my actual hand 2 times plus a fracture on my foot... I feel your pain, most of my injuries have been due to anger... thank you for always being positive and helping others thru tough times, I'm going thru some things right now that I don't feel like indulging in online but just know that you are one of the reasons I'm still alive right now... you and matt (demolitionranch) (offtheranch) are major supporters in this fight to keep my head above water, thank you for your positive attitude all the time... I can't always smile... but I do try to smile more...
