Whoever did the renovation did an excellent job. It’s better than new. You would never know that the home was built in the 60’s. The grounds are beautiful. Great job in always finding such beautiful homes John. You do amazing work. 😊

I walked in Jan and my jaw literally dropped! Southern Edge Construction did the renovation and they did an amazing job. I especially loved the living room and the deck that over looks the pool

@@johnbourgeoisgroup It didn’t looked like a renovation. They must have gutted the home down to the studs. The is beautiful. Better than new. Good bones for sure.

I absolutely love older homes that have been renovated! So much better than the cookie cutter floorplans they have now.

I loved the fact you have a separate dining area in the house. In North Texas they don't build alot of homes with formal dining room. No sun porches either. I also loved the vaulted ceilings and all the windows.

This home just raised the hair on my neck John lol this is the best layout. Them cabinets in that Kitchen omg I'm a entertainment person with lots of family and this home is amazing. The only thing I had a Con about is the room closets very small but that too can be looked over. You have convinced me Tennessee is where a home is to be.

I love this 💙 Same happened to me when I walked into the home. Definitely agree on the closets, especially the master.
And now that you’re convinced… you know who can help you find your Tennessee home 🥳😍🙋‍♂️

Gorgeous house--thanks for sharing. Likely won't affect anything at all, but how about getting the landscaper to pick up those grass clipping piles in the front yard? For $2m+, I don't want to see grass clippings, but maybe that's just me lol.
