We lived in Nowshera for 1.5 years when my husband was posted there. We heard alot of stories of this house as one of my husband's senior was living there. It was too scary. We happen to pass from that street a few times out of curiosity and it surely has some eerie feeling about it.

I live in nowshera and I think that this lady is referring to Garrison side near river bank and we call our river Deadly river as it takes many lives every year whether if it is a suicide or something else. So I believe her.
