Today I heard Crappy Childhood Fairy say most of us with emotional dysregulation, from trauma, are too in touch with our emotions and actually could use some distancing. I'm guessing meditation and body work could help. Just a thought I had when you said emotions just want to be felt. I think that can be true, especially in a responsive & responsible way. Not reactive (like you were getting at, I believe).
So my Aquarius GF said she loves me then says she wants to be lustful with other men. I am a Taurus and tempted to ask her if she would think it fair if I did the same with other women. If she chooses lust over love, then do i walk away. I don't want to, but it would not be the same afterwards if she followed her lust.
