Hey, from Edmonton : you guys have a great show! Florida looks like a really beautiful place on earth. Glad you guys have had a chance to see YEG (Edmonton)!
Edmonton has a storied hockey history of playing nice and fast (speed & skill), less on intimidation - unless necessary back in the 1980s under old rules.
Our hockey culture is different than the Panthers in 2024 in that you would never see a GM toss a bottle like we saw at the end of Game 5 or a coach like Maurice who scares you just by looking at you. It's more an organization where nice guys finish first. Bob and Barkov were great candidates for the Conn Smythe, but hope you agree Connor McDavid after Game 5 should seriously get a look.

you should drive from banff to jasper, or vice versa, along the icefield parkway and enjoy some of the best scenery in north america. the canadian rockies are spectacular. it could help ease the pain before game 7 in florida.
I was there last summer. I live in Calgary, the skywalk glass bridge is pretty intense.

guys i live in Edmonton the 3 hour drive from Calgary honestly isn't bad but it doesn't have a good view if you have time take the icefields parkway longer drive but u go through the mountains . so Calgary to Banff. Banff to jasper then jasper to Edmonton. really worth it that drive is one of the most beautiful places on the planet
I've done that drive before and want to go back every summer. It's incredible.

If you’re going to drive from Calgary to Edmonton, don’t take highway 2. It’s not a very pretty drive. Take the ice fields parkway. It will take you through the Rockies. Longer drive but a lot prettier and worth it driving through the Rockies.

Ice Fields Parkway is a top notch road trip.
The idea of driving through the rockies is crazy. You turn a 2.5 hour drive on a super highway into a 7 hr drive with half of it being on a single lane hiway. Sure if you are on vacation and time means nothing to you, but I doubt you guys are there to sightsee.

Flew from NYC to EDM for Game 3, and sat behind two FLA season ticket holders near the glass. When the Oilers came on the ice for final warmup, those guys looked at each other like, "OMG, WHAT IS HAPPENING?". Was pretty funny, until FLA kicked our ass in the second period. It was not very loud. :-)
