i love this song!
I’m using this to sing intervals above or below each note, having to start very slow and gradually increase. Find major and minor 2nds easiest, working on fifths and tritones. I have to keep a really relaxed focus, and be very flexible with my hearing. As soon as I start ‘thinking’ too much, it becomes much more difficult.
Incredibly useful for mastering the fretboard on any string instrument, what I also like to do is capo off lower frets so it forces me to find the notes in a different section of the neck rather than being stuck at the first 5 or so.
why would you need a capo for that?
@@dustinirwin1 it’s just helps break the habit on using the first five frets
Yes it'd be great if there was the same one with FLATS too.
Yeah, I know an Eb is a D#, & it helps in learning to practice with notes in flat form, too.
Hey, just created an updated version that includes flats. ua-cam.com/video/A4l3JgFU_Eg/v-deo.html Thanks for your feedback!
There is now an updated version that has various improvements. Includes flats, metronome beats, night mode, automatically increasing speed, etc. : ua-cam.com/video/A4l3JgFU_Eg/v-deo.html Thank you to all the feedback!
this should be like the first lesson of anything music ever
That's one hell of a lick!
A good exercise to practice Vocal Agility too (for singing).
you are the best people ever for putting this video... will you please i beg you,, do another one please please pleaase
Yeah guys ... do another one
Thank you! There is definitely more to come soon!
Thank you so much for this! I was literally shocked at how difficult this was! Even though I’m a beginner, I thought I knew the keyboard quick enough but clearly I do not!!
Thank you. More please. Different tempos etc. Please!
You know you can change the tempo of UA-cam videos yourself?
Hey, just uploaded an updated version that has timestamps for different tempos. ua-cam.com/video/A4l3JgFU_Eg/v-deo.html Thanks for your feedback!
Thank you for this video! It's too bad that everything is played within such a restricted register, though.
if anyone please knows anything like this,, maybe more customizable,, would be absolutely appreciated
Hey, just uploaded an updated version that you might prefer. ua-cam.com/video/A4l3JgFU_Eg/v-deo.html We also intend to create a more customizable program version that we'll upload to our website soon. Thanks for your feedback!
Please do one for eb instruments too (transposed notes). Thank you for the video!
Thank you very much ❤️
Would be improved if it were black screen with white text (so it’s not lighting up the room and blue light bombing me) and if there were versions for different speeds. If you slow it down it distorts the sound.
Great recommendation! In the future, we'll likely add timestamps with different speeds within the video so you can navigate to your desired speed without the distortion.
Hey, just uploaded an updated version that uses a black screen and has timestamps with different speeds. ua-cam.com/video/A4l3JgFU_Eg/v-deo.html Thanks for your feedback!

Thank you so much for this.
Practice this in the dark room for those of you doing this
Great tool
Thanks!!
The guy could put some flats in there? But great work, thanks
Hey, just uploaded an updated version that includes flats. ua-cam.com/video/A4l3JgFU_Eg/v-deo.html Thanks for your feedback!
do this video with dark background
Geeze let’s start at level 100 for practice.
Sheet music please?
I think thats kind of against the point
No flats? I'd like to practice those too.
A#=B flat [] G#=A flat [] D#=E flat [] C#=D flat [] F#=G flat [] are you new to music?
@@wiyseful8859 has nothing to do with being new to music, I also wish it displayed flats in there because it's more challenging to have to read both in the same connotation.
@@ATthemusician it isn't hard at all actually. A D that is sharp also equals an E that is flat enough to = D#. It is very simple. Use your brain. I'm not even used to it, it is just common sense, 5+3=3+5
@@wiyseful8859 Yeah, it's not. But it is if you're simultaneously reading music sheet while thinking of where to put your fingers, particularly when you're just starting at sight-reading. I think that's why some people here are asking for flats to be included to help them build that muscle memory when reading flats.
That would be quite nice. I personally don't like sharps at all
cant belive i paid attention for hour

Edit: if nobody got the joke, that's the first note to Welcome To The Black Parade
It's also the first note to 5 million other songs? I don't get these stupid memes
Not much use for learning sight reading. Need to show staff notation of note.
Someone pass the aux pls
Lol at 2x it makes me feel uncomfortable
what type of practice are you doing?
@@3D1ofakind none😂 i searched for a random note video and found this
I’m not here for the original purpose because im not a musician/singer but just for curiosity/inspiration for dumb memes😂😂😂
@@Leonardo-bs1ww alright 🤣
