yeah....but if it's in my country...i'll say no....We already hire a lot of jobless people....but when christmass or some Celebration day is coming, they said that they want to visit their family and and we give them 3week.....but they never comeback.
This was a great video. "Just because he is homeless does not make him any less than a person." All the actors in this video, every single one of them were excellent. But the great Filip came in at the end and just capped the episode with his great stage preference and the life lesson line of the video. This story for once had a son of the restaurant owner that was a humanitarian and heart of gold. Thank you DramatizeMe for such a great video with a life lesson. You are challenging the stereotypes and changing lives. You never know when a homeless person will save your life. In my case he drug me out of a hole in the river, once I had given up and resigned myself to drown. He saved my life and I am grateful for every day since.
I like the tense when the manager almost caught the homeless and the surprise ending when Malik the waiter turned out to be the owner's son. Great job, DramatizeMe..
I would like to take the time out to thank you, Mr. Garry and your AMAZING CREW MEMBERS for giving us AMAZING videos on a regular basis, and for that I truly THANK YOU. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Dramatize me... You guys always leave me speechless after each and every video of yours. From the concept and dialogues to the quality of the script and video every single aspect is perfect! The whole team should absolutely be congratulated for such an amazing result! I honestly have no words!! My humble thanks and appreciation also goes to Mr Garry and the whole team of Dramatize me for providing us with such high moral videos! I am and WILL always support this channel with all of my heart. Again a heartfelt thanks to you for making my day soo much better. Lots and lots of love from India
It would be more fun if the evil boss was fired by one of his former subordinates who formed his or her company and after earning enough money bought out the former workplace and took over as the new owner
It's really nice to see the owner of the restaurant have empathy. I remember what my mother use to say, to us she would say during the WW11 they had no food to eat. And she would say they would go out literally beg for food. We her kids will hug her and cry. Seeing someone with empathy it's really does touches my soul. Thank you Dramatize Me. For your soulful story.
"Just because he's a homeless doesn't make him less of a person" Jack got exactly what he deserve, homeless people do what they have to do to get back on their feet
Nope it's the homeless man who deserved to be treated like yhis because they should at least try dress up properly if they want to survive in the modern society. I'm sorry but this is an unfortunate yet undeniably true fact after all.
I have watched your all types of videos, it is amazing and the positive message you are spreading around the world is fabulous 😁😇, keep it up, do more videos like this.

Yeah, Jack can have $2.00 a day he can live like a homeless person and see how he likes it.🤣🤣🤣🤣 Horrible boss gets fired and the homeless guy is now boss. I love this channel.

I would hire a homeless person because we all deserves a second chance ,you really don't know what a person go through why they are homeless and they are no different than us ..

I enjoyed this exciting episode and I thank you for creating awareness to humanity because we humans need your educational videos to block the evil within us.Please keep up the good work and many blessings to your team. 🙏🙏🙏🙏💓💓💓💓
I don't know the name of the actor who played the owner, but I have seen him in a couple of episodes and just like Istan, he can play the role of a good guy as well as a hated bad guy with ease.
Yesssss I would've hired him with clean clothes to wait on my customers.I would've bought him some cleaned clothes that what the manager/owner should've done
If I was a 👩💼, I’d hire Stan in a heartbeat and if customers want to disrespect him, then I will ask them to leave and not the other way around. Plus Jack would be made a janitor to humble him a bit. It was well deserved
I really luv and I salute the people that always keep der fut on the ground, despite of how they become successfull in life, thanks to all this kind of people, and also thank u much to the whole dramatizeme and lovebuster team for always inspiring us, God Bless Everyone🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤

Another video where a homeless guy is mistreated by a boss. And he sure knows how to act. Like when he pretended to think the homeless man forgot his clothes. Very nice of that young man to help him. There should be more people like him in life. Bc unfortunately there’s no such thing as kindness in my world. So it’s such a good thing these videos are made besides other channels
If I were the owner of the place, I would give that homeless a chance to work. But I would give him a try for two weeks (if I haven’t seen his work result) and I would provide for him good clothing for work. If i were the manager, I would try to do that as well. See how the person works and the attitude. I think everyone deserves a better future ahead especially if they want to work for it
We had a homeless friend we'd hire to house sit while we went on vacation. We trusted him and our house and pets were taken care of and he had room and board for a week at a time.
Do not judge someone be homeless Homeless people always get Jobs all the time. I am not judging nobody homeless I agree with malik trust homeless man your the best DramatizeMe
Here its not the fault of manager. People will run away if they see people with torn clothes.... Before hiring them. Give them a pair of clothes to wear at work
Don't looked down on others he set up the homeless man, let him feel now he lost his manager job to clean the patio ,and the night job funny he is crying for mercy and he had none for the homeless man 👨 who was willing to work good that karma got him and he deserves all of it,
Malik is a good man! Jack had no right to shame and frame Stan for a crime that he didn't commit just for having no home! May he get laughed at for his fair demotion, after how he treats homeless people!
I use to be homeless. I fell apart one day and lost everything after my dad died. I was stuck in a dark place a deep depression. Kids and young adults I had to watch my back for even some of the homeless. I slept under a bridge and sometimes other homeless people will attack you for the spot . Then some days your walking and someone throws a drink out the window hitting you as they drive off. Then there's days where kids laugh at you and the parents say it's not nice but they agree to what was said . Example that homeless person stinks then the parent I know but don't say it out loud . Don't give them money they are drunks and junkies. Nobody would hire me. Then one day a man handed me some clothes , I bathed in the creek and went to search for work. I finally found a job and now I own my home
Hello, smiling bright! Thank you for sharing your powerful and inspiring story. Your story serves as a reminder that everyone deserves compassion and kindness, regardless of their circumstances, and that even the smallest acts of generosity can make a huge difference in someone's life. ❤❤❤
@@DramatizeMe yes I agree. I met many people out there. A lot that are homeless are veterans. They drink to block it all out. Some tell me stories and say they still see the war. The war ruined their lives mentally. One said the flashbacks kept going in his head. He would hear the guns and see his friend that died . The medication the doctors gave him he said didn't make it better . He started losing his sight. He left his wife and kids . He was afraid he would hurt them by accident and he never went back. People who are homeless has a lot of pain they just want it to go away. They use drugs , drinking anything to block out the pain and without it the feeling is hard to deal with. It all surfaces back up to their memory and they battle it alone. Many took their own lives . They need help but are afraid of what might hit them from below the surface of their emotions. They fear they wouldn't be able to control themselves. It's hard battling with the real world yes. But it's even harder battling yourself while battling everyone else around you who spit on you.
Stan is a nice man. Manager is rude and mean. Thinking that Stan is not a human. We are all humans and deserve a second chance in everything. Make videos of a homeless man who becomes a billionaire in a video, Gary. Your videos shine light upon us

As long he is doing the job very well like this one ...then no problem for me at all ...

Absolutely! We are all equal, status should not divide us!
NO ONE AT A FANCY RESTAURANT WANTS TO BE SERVED BY SOMEONE WITH TORN CLOTHES.
@@Zachboy007 the problem is in the class system! It will never change and that’s unfortunate.
