BANANA BREAD Easy AT HOME...

Banana bread one of my favorite breads.....
It's always fun to bake this one...
INGREDIENTS:
Bananas (4)
Maida (250gms)
Butter (150gms)
Brown sugar (175 gms)
Fresh Cream (100gms)
Baking Powder (1 1/2 tsp)
SAlt (1 tsp)
Vanilla Essence (1 tsp)
Cinnamon Powder (1/4 tsp)
Black Pepper Powder (1/4 tsp)
Nutmeg Powder (1/4 tsp)
Walnuts (as you like )

Have baked banana bread multiple times earlier but tried eggless one for the first time. Cream and spice mix made a big difference! Used whole wheat flour instead of maida and regular sugar plus cocoa powder (as per your suggestion!) turned out super moist and delicious.

Super delicious, made immediately after you posted. I made banana bread several times before but never added heavy cream and brown sugar. This time I used heavy cream and brown sugar and final product is super moist and very yummy, this is also one of our favorite family breakfast food and everyone is saying used same recipe every time to make bread. Thank you Nivedita tai, all your recipes are super yummy!
