I believe your feet are never suppose to leave the floor but you can twist your feet for leverage just not lift them.
I'm glad you said that. His feet weren't completely inside the box on most of his shots and he was hitting upwards. He was swinging from below his waist "with bent knee's" and hit upwards which isn't allowed. The other's are within the box and only swinging at him "not throwing an over the top right hook" but with an open hand. It Doesn't seem to be the same rules for everyone.
So far i see no rule book...Zales also hides like a turtle.
