  • Clif Bar is committed to funding five organic endowments (5 organic research chairs) by 2020. This will provide ongoing, lifetime organic research at these five universities-and organic research is historically and dramatically underfunded in the U.S. compared with conventional plant breeding research. This year, CLIF selected The Bread Lab and Prof. Steve Jones at Washington State University, to support the bread lab’s work, and more importantly-and the primary focus for the digital body of work-to address the economic challenges facing rural America.

Great example to other corporations to support REAL organics and the future of our food system. Kudos Clif Bar.

Will any of these ingredients be making their way into Clif Bar products? Those of us outside Washington State would love to support your efforts from afar.

Please be open to public suggestions and not shut down emails which are suggesting improvements to your products because your products are causing people inflammatory issues and is making a generation and a population very unhealthy due to your refined ingredients that you are currently using and which your team has refused to change for many years. We were not designed to eat soy protein which is what has been left over once soy milk has been made, And this leaves out many of the vital micronutrients that our bodies and cells need to stay healthy and to produce new cells. If your team would make this one change, and do not use low quality tapioca syrup within an all of your products, The health of our generation with drastically increase. Blessings. 🌎✨
