Guys, you completely misrepresented what continuous baffles are. You can't shake feathers from the head-end to middle or foot-end. The feathers only move within the horizontal tubes.
Second Mikey’s comment about continuous baffles. The down can move from side to side but not up or down. Also, never roll a baffled bag up like that. It can tear the baffles!

Although, I eat a whole food plant-based diet which is considered vegan, however, it's for health reasons not that I have anything against killing and eating animals. Great review!
I appreciated hearing you mention something I feel is very important: thrift stores are great places to find gear. I recommend hiking to people who are interested in hiking, as apposed to working to afford expensive gear.
Continuous baffles means that the feathers can move through the length of each baffle from side to side. Not through each other up or down. A sleep SYSTEM,… entails a sleeping bag, pad, and pillow. System means a set of things that work together, not solo.
I’ve used all types of bags over the years down and synthetic. But I’ll stick with the synthetic as if ya get wet in a creek or rain storm you can jump in synthetic and get warm and dry my zodiac down which is water resistant don’t work it absorbs the water and won’t dry not fast anyway.. nice bags for dry areas though 👍🏻
