Leaving Johan on the table is a mistake. His aoe is amazing if you build him. I would replace fram with krom if you choose him for your 15 day 5 star, Zaira is godlike when you get her and easily takes frams spot until then. As far as potions I had enough to level my entire team after a couple of days that said I dont have 5 star heroes other than krom yet so maybe it'll be an issue later. Olivia is also a must for the team, her special gives her an extra turn if you kill with it and her aoe lowers speed. Mikhail is great when you get him and I would recommend using him probably until you get helga. Lastly I personally don't use Charlotte, I really haven't seen a need as most battles go quick enough without healing though again that may change as i progress but im pretty close to beating normal now so maybe on hard mode. I've kept her up to date just in case.

Idk wtf you're talking about potions being scarce. I'm bloody fucking overwhelmed with exp potions. I get about 50 or more every fucking day. That shit drops like candy for me.

I chose to invest in him bc of his looks, but ngl I did regret it smts. But after spending everything I had, he is damn worth it and always kills one whole lvl of soldiers. I wouldn't invest in him if I would be a new player, but since I already did, he is now my best player. It's a question of dedication.

It's pretty hard to outdamage the final boss on normal thats why you need Charlotte
