Miter assembly is easier than ever.
I am doing some easy carpentry work while making and using frame clamps.

내가 지금 뭘 본 거지? 망치소리님 영상 보고 똑같이 만들어봐도 되나요? 물론 전 똥손이라 성공할리는 없겠지만요...
괜찮다고 생각 되시면 따라해 보시라고 올려 드린거구요..
물어 봐주시니 매우 감사합니다.
영상 처럼 합판으로 만드실 거면 자재를 좀더 두꺼운걸 사용해 보시길 바랍니다.
클립 범위가 크면 클수록 합판은 두꺼우면 좋습니다.
저는 만들어서 사용을 하고있지만 영상은 따라하기 쉽게 설명하기 위해 저런 방식을 택한것입니다.
기능에는 문제 없지만 비율은 좀더 고민해 볼 필요는 있습니다.
영상에는 9mm(9*3=27mm)합판에 클립 범위는 450*450 입니다만 좀 약합니다. 클립 사이즈를 줄이든지 합판두께를 늘리든지... 자작이면 더 좋을듯 하구요.
관절 부분에 신경을 많이 쓰셔야 합니다.

If you are going to make plywood like the video, please try using a thicker material.
The larger the clip range, the thicker the plywood is.
I have made and used it, but I chose that method to explain the video so that it is easy to follow.
There is no problem with the function, but the ratio needs to be considered a bit more.
In the video, the clip range is 450*450 on 9mm (9*3=27mm) plywood, but it is a bit weak. Whether you reduce the clip size or increase the plywood thickness... I think it would be better if you made your own.
You have to pay attention to the joints.

I love the assembly clamp; it's really genius. A simple and elegant a solution. But my favorite part was the device to direct off-cuts from the sawblade. So brilliant. Using the humble inclined plane to solve a perpetual problem.

I have made these before, and I vouch for how greatly efficient they can make the clamp-up of mitered frames. As always, your execution is magnificent. My only observation is that if the clamping screw is positioned below the work rather than down the centerline of the stock, then you will have a system that is trying to buckle and applies pressure chiefly to the bottom-most portion of the joint. Old texts show the center blocks to be higher, and how the pressure can be applied with a handscrew as well, if those are to hand.

It's a very useful jig, but I'm still not satisfied.
I think a more upgraded jig will be made, but I'm still thinking.

The hinges are called sex bolts. Old school hardware stores will have all the hardware needed for this project. Just take some screen shots of the hardware to show a clerk.

Most old school hardware stores will have the sex bolts and hollow rod. The cylindrical piece that's internally threaded crossways will be there as well. Looks like a well designed clamp system and is scalable to virtually any size. Cheers!

Как по мне, то ленточная стяжка более универсальна.
По поводу стяжки (4 мес назад): а эта фанерная стяжка для прямоугольных предметов годится? Нет уверенности. Хотя она удобнее ременной стяжки.
