I am still receiving message "Can not find a valid lmc device!" while laser marking. So it starts ok, even engrave ok, and during the process, it keeps engraving but appears this message. I am usually listening to "connect & disconnect" usb port sound of windows. Why?

Please check the your usb cable connection.Check usb connecton in cabinet also.
