I bought the album in 1987 , I still listen to it today.
The Deele were, Carlos, Dee, Kayo, Babyface and L.A. (only their nicknames are given on the album) . Bernadette Cooper, Daryl Simmons, Etienne, J.J., Dee-Dee, Debra Hurd were also there. They were a great band back then. Greetings from Heidelberg / Germany

Ppl keep saying Babyface got overlooked and he's underrated... if y'all really know the true story behind this incredible artist he always said that he did not want to be a dynamic Superstar a global icon like Michael Jackson so he put himself in that position and it's nothing wrong with that he said he don't want to have fans falling all over him so he set that tone himself...he said he is comfortable with the moderate success that he's accomplished over the years

I've always loved this song. Back in the day Baby Face was IT, but times change and music styles change. (Just an aside, in the video they all look like they're attending a funeral.)

@ITZJT The name of the group is pronounced THE DEAL- LIKE MAKING A DEAL WITH SOMEONE THE DEELE...not pronounced THE Dilly ...you gotta pronounce it correctly since you're teaching the new generation about who the group is. Because of you don't 100 years into the future other ppl will think that's how it's pronounced and it's not
