Oh yea I drive rigs for a living so I'm familiar with 90/94 and i10/15 605 out in L.A yea it's more L.A in skyline and more L.A in sprawl spread out and Chicago in super tall buildings I thought you say
I actually think it might be bigger in sprawl than L.A buildings not taller than Chicago well not as many tall 1s but sprawl and spread it's just as big or if not bigger than L.A if not the world I think it sprawls the most on the planet that's my opinion ..... did I go to far with that ??????? Lol .... and trust me I did research Beijing London paris L.A Mexico city are other planetary sprawl cities but houston you can easily drive from 1 far end to the other 125 mi use your Google maps
Most live out in the outskirts suburbs of downtown. 30 min away. When Houston extends it's light rail out to those suburbs... downtown will be MORE "alive"
Hello Chris what a great city to visit I was there back 2012 visited for a couple of days went to the NASA space center and got a tour of the city it was very interesting city.
Nice video. Thanks. I lived in Houston for 16 years, leaving in 2000. Haven't been back since about 2007. It had changed quite a bit even then. There was a bit of repetition on this one, but no matter. Wish you had ventured afield to the Galleria area and Rice Village. Maybe next time.
Nice video Chris. Beautiful city, but I'm asking to myself where are the people!? Once again, thanks for posting Chris. My warmest regards. Sérgio Alkimim. Brasil

Actually, there are people, we just don't see them. There are numerous tunnels under the city spanning between the skyscrapers allowing for pedestrians to stay out of the heat.

@GodLoveFreedom good to know. But it's not summer. Just keep your eyes open they seem to have gotten rid of homeless problem in L.A and San Fran there is not even close to how many there in used to be, and of course that is prob due to all the STORMS they've had but remember after the homeless, then the poor whose next. Of course they will always need worker bees

Houston hands down the best city in this country.
I would love to visit University of Houston again!
If Los Angeles and Chicago had a baby... it look like Houston.

no question about it, Go Astros! let's repeat 2017 in 2019, beat Dodgers again.
Immortal 86 Dallas is better than Houston in my opinion
For the lack of traffic, I'm guessing this was shot on a Sunday.
I hate where I live. I'd give anything to move to Houston.

People don't walk in the street in the nice areas only in the ghettos you will see a lot especially in the weekend
sergio de carvalho alkimim alkimim. It's summer in Houston. Everyone's indoors.
