Heidi - my son passed in 2017 and I am just now moving on with my life without him. My creativity is only now just returning. It has been a horrendous time and I do not wish this trauma on anyone. By sharing my story it is helping others. Thank you for sharing yours.

Catching the replay and wow wow wow! Thank you Aaron and Jennifer for hosting another amazing hanging with hero live.
Heidi Swapp you are amazing! Talk about strength and resilience! Thank you SO very much for being so open, vulnerable, and sharing your story. I am so incredibly sorry to learn of Cory’s passing.
Thank you so much for telling/sharing the incredibly hard parts of your story. Sending you and your family so much love, light, and peace. ♥️

That's when I first met you online. And I again am feeling that forever heartache along with you. I learned through you and Jennifers "Handmade Kindness" that a life in creative art is therapeudic , etc, all that you said. Without your gifts, there are no connections. That's we God means Church is, his church. Thru this industry, we have that. We receive that and our desire to move forward is to pass it on. Right on Jennifer

This was the most amazing interview. I am so sorry that Heidi had to go through that but it goes with the old saying "whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stronger". She is one of the strongest and most interesting people I have seen on UA-cam lately. Thanks so much for this wonderful video and sharing her story and her talent.

Wow! I was not expecting such an emotion-filled Live. I cannot imagine going through what she had gone through. I’ve had a pretty easy life…I need to be more grateful. I wasn’t familiar with Heidi’s work as I’m not a scrapbooker, but I will have to look up her website.

I remember when you lost your Corey. My heart broke for you as I have a son the same age. I am in awe of you. And you are right, connection through weakness and pain is vital. Listening to you reminds me why I love paper crafting…I am very lax in telling my story and really need to get back to it. I so need to get my crafty area organized so that I can write my everyday. Aaron & Jennifer….this was one of the best “hanging with’s” for me so far. Heidi…I still love you!! You are such an amazing person and an awesome crafter and influencer!!! Love you guys!!!

Heidi Swapp, your an amazing woman and you are loved by many of us. I remember when this happened with your son and felt your pain. I lost my son right before his 5th birthday and my world ended. I was a mess for many years and feel I hurt my daughter in the long run by not being there. Anyways, I’m trying to connect with her but I believe I hurt her by not being there for many years. I truly understand your pain and love you dearly for being so open❤️.

I was so sorry I missed this episode with Heidi! I still have some of her projects and stickers from 30 years ago along side my vintage Hero Arts Catalogues which still give me inspiration! Such a great episode as they all are! Thank you Jennifer and Aaron!

Because you were an expert critical thinker ... In a positive way, you d have to identify change to company instead of Heidi. I understand because I was so business focused, not creative focused in those years.
