I almost never comment on UA-cam but I was compelled today to do so! Loved the video and the info shared. The flow of the presentation was smooth and the topics were well organized. The presenter successfully grasped my attention throughout the session; which is rarely the case for me. Great learning and will keep striving for this culture with my teams.
Just questioning and introspecting how difficult is it to adopt this when working on the 'vendor' side of the coin, especially when you are working with clients who have time-sensitive deliverables and are operating in a 'controlled' environment.
Kudos to Spotify for being a global leader w.r.t. scaling agile.

Seriously an inspiring talk. I like their equations like Principles > Practices and many more. Truly there is so much to learn to become and being agile in this video.

Loved the every hour train example. No wonder Spotify is such a great product, I am sure the company culture and everything else would be great too.

Great talk by no means, unfortunately not applicable to many other software companies.
When you have commitments in front of your clients with deadlines - you can not just let your team do whatever they want without a detailed planning and daily tracking.
Whatever the case, it was a pleasure to listen to such ideal approach.

When PC invades business...the "MASTER" part of "Scrum Master" does NOT imply slaves, it implies MASTERY of AGILE. It means being a MASTER CRAFTSMAN, not a Journeyman. This is so irritating to hear people say that. SO I guess it is now not possible to "master the piano" because that implies that the piano is a slave? Please, this is getting so old.

@@SM-cs3nt it was a stupid joke and these days it is best to avoid even joking about that kind of comment. Use that in a workplace, and unfortunately you may find yourself in HR.

Typically... Henrik does not want to tell what goes wrong in the company. Too bad, and not consistent with the culture he promotes...

I’ve been scratching my head wondering what you mean. Did something happen in relation to the content he was presenting, or have modern practices made what he is saying redundant?
