U said in the previous lecture that If the stress is in the negative plane and in negative direction, then the sign convention for the corresponding force will be positive.. but here u r doing opposite of that. Why?
Where didn't do such thing anywhere
You can get that by your self if force is tensile then + otherwise neg.
here we are talking about direction of moment which will be due to clockwise and anticlockwise direcctions
