I’ve read that subliminals don’t work when compressed in mp3 format (on UA-cam). Because mp3 removes all frequencies that you can’t hear to compress the file. So you should export in WAV and put the file somewhere in the cloud or locally to listen to.

After about a month of listening to their subliminals, I started having sleep issues like sleep paralysis.. nightmares, etc. I brushed it off because I thought my subconscious was just being resistant. The nightmares worsened, but only when I listened to her channel, and then I realized something wasn't right with her subliminals. . Did some investigating and found that her and some other channels say hateful things in their subliminals or purposely very high frequencies to confuse the brain, etc. There I other channel that explain etc.

By turning down the volume nothing bad happens to your hearing. It would be only problematic if you listen to the high pitched sound (like actually hearing it) over a prolonged period of time.

I’m not an experienced audio engineer so I don’t know for sure. But certainly they will still be effective on UA-cam and with or without headphones.

By turning down the volume nothing bad happens to your hearing. It would be only problematic if you listen to the high pitched sound (like actually hearing it) over a prolonged period of time.
