I have to say there are quite a few people who could be considered the best. Khabib is the most dominate for his division for sure. Jones number 2 for the level of competition he has fought and has never lost although depending who you are he should be disqualified for his steroid use. Both fighters have openly said that they're scared of fighting people who are bigger than them, they've said that they won't move up in weight. Khabib will only fight George if he drains himself to 160 and Jon Jones is scared to fight at heavyweight! Amanda Nunes, Henry cejudo and Daniel Cornier are the p4p goats because they're not afraid to fight bigger people.
