Not really. She sold it at a 1.35 million dollar loss. ATL real estate is tricky. Most sellers I know barely broke even after carrying costs / high property taxes or took losses when selling. The only sellers who make real money there are developers who pay tips under the table to get housing contracts on building new developments. I like the property because it is 4 sided brick (ATL is notorious for shoddy synthetic stucco and vinyl houses) but a house can only appreciate fast in cities where there are lots of buyers with long money not inflated new money like atl buyers seem to have and the inflated new money types like the aforementioned shoddy construction because they do not know any better (like Cardi B and Tyrese, etc)
