This video brought back some very nice memories. I spent 9 months as an aupair in Palmers Green back in 1994/1995 and I spent many weekends walking in High Road to Turnpike Lane and back. Also I liked the accompanying music, thoroughly enjoyable video.

Wood Green looks a bit smarter than it did in the 1980s. Less so Turnpike Lane. I recently noticed the small park at the latter appears in an Episode of The Professionals. Just along from my old dentist. There you go. Nice video - the pace is good because it helps get through some distance.

i lived near turnpike lane 15 years ago and used to shop/eat on the high road. most of them are the same as it was back in 2008/09
