Hiyas V, I've not had a F&T blend yet (Kohlhase and Kopp) but it sounds tasty and a good candidate for possible cellaring. I seldomly taste the supposed liqour topping in blends, aside from Bothy Flake. I understand that if its not done properly, it lends an ashy taste. KPO ✓ G
This is without a doubt, one of the best Virginias out there! I got 5 tins as soon as I saw it available! Highly recommended! I can taste the liquor in many blends, like “Perfection”, “Pembroke”… “Bothy Flake” too, but here it’s not apparent. Regards

I’ve got to open my old tin for just comparison, but so far - it’s very similar, apart from less vinegary notes in the new one.
