29:11 Nobi-san has his own stick as well. The Seimitsu LSX-Nobi-PRO and LSX-Nobi-STD. The Pro Nobi is the easily the best Japanese joystick for fighting games.
I don't prefer K-levers but i need to get a V2 Knee lever just to support his brand❤
If I didn't mishear, Knee's button's are designed from Japan's arcade machines, so Knee tried both Japan's and Korea's and took the best from each (in his personal opinion).
Nice to know that. I might want to get a Nobi stick for when I play Tekken to support him! I assume he has a whole special gate and everything, I wonder how that gate will feel when I swap it for a ball top lever for Street Fighter.
@@Rizvi365 I always use the Nobi joystick with a balltop.
The Pro model has a gate that is between a square and an octagon.
Octagon gates are usually not great because they block the limit freedom of movement, but this gate is square enough that it offers the best of both worlds. The spring is pretty stiff on the Pro model and it feels stiffer when using a ball top because it’s lower and loses some leverage compared to the ’bullet top’
The STD version has a square gate with small notches in left, right, down, up directions to make it easier to perform moves that need to stop directly in the middle without touching switches on the side. It’s also not too strong that it would bother your gameplay. It has a stiff spring but it’s lighter than the Pro spring.
Knee is truly Goat very recently we met him in fighter showdown he is quiet humble and nice guy.

When Knee was young, there was no TWT, and none of the Tekken players valued tournaments like EVO, and most top Korean players didn't care about overseas competitions. In 2017, when the official league TWT was established, he was already in his mid-30s. Despite his age, he still holds the top spot, winning over most of the young top players. This is why he is a undisputed GOAT.
They did care about overseas comp it just wasn't easy to get over here til the mid/late 2000s. The govt started really supporting Koreans to do sports after how well Korean bboys did.
Knee's English is very good. Thanks for making this video, KingJae. What an awesome look into the life of the Tekken GOAT.

Also, Seoul has a special place in my heart. My first time on an airplane was to Seoul years ago to compete in the International World Hapkido Federation. Absolutely amazing experience training and sparring with so many different countries before and during the tournament.
