- Former England rugby 7s star Rob Vickerman is back with another edition of WTF is SVNS. This time he and the #HSBCSVNS Series were in Singapore and it did not disappoint.
The raucous Singapore crowd built an unreal atmosphere, as historic rivalries had new chapters written and champions were crowned after a weekend of world-class rugby.
With this years season nearing its conclusion, there aren't many more opportunities to get your fill of WTF action!

Big congrats to New Zealand for winning the Singapore men sevens well done, and also a big, big congrats to Argentina on being crowned the overall 2024 men sevens champions.
So refreshing to have another team step up to the plate and show they can foot it with the best. I hope you have a good celebration but might have to wait till after the Olympics.
After all that a big big shout out to the Australian and New Zealand women teams both have the ability to beat the other which has been shown time and time again and as the past has shown Aussie are the nemesis of the Kiwi women, but we'll just wait for the Olympics. I love love watching sevens cause it's so exciting and dynamic I mean in just a short time you have a result then it's bring on the next game.
