So when this bridge is finished, we can look forward to the Ambassador Bridge coming down.

Huron Church Road from north of Grand Marais Road & Lambton Street to the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor is clogged up with trucks everyday, and thank god those trucks will be going away once this bridge opens.

It's nice to give us an update and to show us the details of how things like this are build and I don't think it cost you guys very much to make a video like this but it becomes in effect nice publicity so you should do more of it we like the details and you're recording history

Can't believe it is going to have just a double yellow line separating traffic directions. Easy for head-on crashes to occur, especially during icy conditions when the bridge deck would be slick.

The same as 95% of all bridges this size.

With no fixed divider, the lane configuration can be changed as needed to accommodate traffic.

Canada and the US need a Treaty like Schengen in Europe, which means no borders, no need to stop while driving

Going from 2 lanes in each direction to 3 for $5+ billion? Bridge should have been engineered to add to lanes for cars on each side when traffic picked up, so 5 lanes in each direction say in 20 years?

What are you talking about? Do you understand economics or engineering?

This is how the Canadians plan on getting the Stanley Cup back. Four, nice paved lanes, to invade the U.S.! They even named it after a famous Canadian! This has all been going on while they've trying to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico. We live in strange times.

Should have used the boring company and got a massive saving. If they can bore the same length tunnel in Miami for 60 million. Also then protection from the weather. Looking at the future electric cars travelling much faster and using electric vans to move goods, the saving would have been massive 6 tunnels for half the price

A piss poor design as with the Port Mann bridge in Vancouver the cables are known to ice up then drop onto unsuspecting traffic below causing multiple pile ups in winter conditions.

You can put Jesus Christ’s name on that bridge! what a waste there’s so much more that could be done instead of building another bridge. Once again Michigan first in $ waste

You mean the bridge that Canada is paying for and Michigan is going to get to own a share of. You mean the bridge that has been required for 50 years, You mean updating the single most important trade connection anywhere on the border.

Does no one know why context is important?
