Even I have the same model of Hitachi the same part was leaked in my ac too...later on my technician told me that the pipe might be vibrating & touching the cover plate so he placed a supporting pipe on that so that it shouldn't make a friction again

Use pressure washer instead simple tap water pipe and avoid using brush on FINS
