As an Aussie (who was a massive small oval fan back in the 70s in England) I really loved this. Would have been nice to have some indication of what formula was racing though. I have a lot of trouble differentiating between Formula 1 Stock cars and Superstox, for example. Great stuff, though!
Hi Alan i have looked at this video several times and i do not see any formula 1 stock cars, i see superstox 1st to race National hot rods 2nd bangers 3rd superstox 4th stockcars 5th National hot rods 6th superstox 7th super rods Spedeworth formula 1 stock cars did look very similar to superstox, however how i understood it was superstox engine size was limited to 2000 cc and formula 1 stock cars engines were a lot bigger, they use to run V8s and even Jaguar engines in some, also over the years the look of the cars have changed with the fitting of the roof spoilers, some of the spoilers were really big and now they all seem to have them so i understand where your coming from, hope this helps and as you say all great racing cheers
