I actually dipped the label in resin so it wouldn’t get ruined over time. It worked out pretty well so I used it for the polyjuice portion as well.

Helpful tip for future instances of bent/warped plastic: dunk the part that needs reshaping in hot water for about a minute, arrange in the desired position, then immerse in cold water.
The piece will retain the desired orientation.
