I got to know them a few years ago when I was singing with a group. I had watched them growing up and was so grateful to meet them, and they were so kind! Mrs. Connie was the sweetest lady I've ever met... Thankful for these blessed people!

In April of 2000 our trio entered a contest with Good Life Promotions in Cape Girardeau and we took 3rd place that night. We sang it on Dave Clark's show he had in Oak Grove Mo. and it was recorded live!! We've loved your spirit filled singing its like salvation when the Lord's in it you can feel it... You all are awesome, the spirit spiritually and every other way is just unbelievable with all the issues you all have had in your family is unreal. I have issues going on in my life right now that God and you all singing and the lyrics to the songs you all sing is just so awesome the lift they give in one of life's battles. When you are in one of those battles you feel all alone and seems there's no-one to tlk to it's a blessing to hear someone like you all so dedicated to God and listen to the music that y'all sing. I feel like I get closer and closer to God when I hear you all sing like some ppl do listening to a preacher. I know God hears everyone's prayers but I feel like He listens to some more than others. Because I chose to completely change my life and give my heart to God completely about 11 yrs ago I may be one of the last ppl He wld listen to. I am 62 and have a 19 yr old son that is in jail for something he didn't do, he's been there over a yr now waiting to go to court and of course covid holds the courts up. What he's charged with cld take his whole life. I have no doubt in my mind those ppl lied. Like I've heard Kim say God has had his reasons for whatever, I believe that but don't know why, as of today I'm afraid I'll never see my son free again. When hurricane Florence came through it took our home and it was hard finding a home I cld afford after fema money and all was gone so we ended up moving 8 times in a yr and the 7th time my son ended up in jail. The place I live now is a good Christian home. So cld you all Ms Connie, MS kim, and the men in the family take one small moment of time out and say a prayer for my son and I please? His dad passed away when he was 5 so I've been an only parent. I grew up with step parents and didn't want that for my son. We need someone that has a solid and earnest relationship with God that we know our good Lord will listen to. I love that song I've come too far to look back but it's kinda hard not to look back when you are having to deal with repercussions of incidents that happened a couple of yrs before. I love all of you and your music and Jerusalem is my favorite. Please say a prayer for us.
