they land that way because it is a safety procedure and the company saves thousands of liters of fuel because the aircraft requires less time to stop and exit the runway, it's not that pilots can't land ''smoothly'', they are obliged to land that way
Henrik Blocks Wow that's a pretty long flight on Ryanair! Didn't you feel cramped? And how many hundreds of announcements the crew did? I can't imagine... 🤣
Niki Svaizer It wasnt bad I was actually suprised on both flights nothing was wrong! The Capitain (not sure i think so) just told some interresting stuff about the plane. They only forgot my meal in the Microwave for 20 minutes ;) but that was alright and they were really sorry.
Have flown with Ryanair many times. Landing are always smooth. As for the facilities etc who needs food, screens and stuff when i paid 9€ to go to Vienna. Like wtf!? Thats exactly what allows them to have cheap tickets so that even poor people can go abroad
Honestly I did a 4 hour flight from East Midlands to Lanzarote and that was 4h 30! Mind you, it was a very relaxed and comfortable experience due to the fact that it was early in the morning like we set off at 7AM
Mason Enjoy Menorca! It’s a wonderful island with transparent sea water and good for hiking! I’m planning to fly to Mallorca and Canary Islands as soon as the Spanish borders will reopen in July!
OMSI 0612 Good question, actually the buses used in BGY by Ryanair are not what you may expect from an international airport. They are ex city buses with most of the area occupied by seats, so the actual capacity of those buses seems to be much less than a Cobus bus. We were packed like sardines and the bus was old and not stable. So I preferred not to film, as it was difficult just standing up by holding the handrail.
Are you italian? Well I know that at orio al Serio they have some ex Lausanne buses (vanhool Ag300), some Citaro G from Germany, a few O'405G (from Germany too), 2 Bmb M240 and 2 Irisbus Cityclass :)
Newcastle Flyer If you don’t have any checked baggage and you paid the priority, you can arrive at BGY 90 min before your departure. Please consider that RYR usually pre-boards more than 30 min before departure, even if the aircraft still did not arrive, and that the security checks can be long. If you have checked baggage or hand hag without priority, you should arrive 120 min before the departure, since the queues at the drop off desks are usually long. Hope you will enjoy Milan!
Niki Svaizer Thanks for the info! I didn’t originally book a checked bag but I booked the flight the day FR announced their new bag policy so they have very kindly gifted me a free 10kg hold bag, I am still debating whether to use it...
Niki Svaizer That was my thought exactly! I have a return trip from NCL-WMI in 4 weeks time and my flight out is the current rules of gate checking my wheelie case while my flight home on 2nd November I have also got a free bag. I also have a free bag on a one way flight I booked ages ago for NCL-AGP in February.

Ryanair isn’t that bad the pilots are treated right and also the pilots work 5 days and get 4 days off and I asked it to a Ryanair pilot and they never get over worked and the working conditions is good it is only because Ryanair are doing more success than other low cost airlines.
You paid €12 for a flight so what do you expect. You can’t expect a free meal with entertainment like those tablets the airline will be out of business. As long as it gets you to A to B then you are fine.
I won £ 1000 on Littlewood Scratch cards back in 1978 , probably when they were first introduced in the UK it was the top prize on the card, they wanted publicity , so they invited me to a presentation in a posh hotel in central London with 7 other winners offered us drinks and snacks , pinned a rosette on my jacket ( £1000 WINNER ) the cheques were presented by the DJ Ed Stewart and our photos were taken, the local press were there but I refused the publicity, I dont suppose they go to all this trouble now !!!
simone cherubini Even Malpensa is not Milan or Treviso is not Venice, but both Malpensa and Bergamo are called Milan by most of the airlines to indicate the biggest city related to the catchment area.

@@NikiSvaizer It doesn't matter. The price of my scratch went to charity! A few days before departure I've saw on the Internet the photo of Aylan (the child dead by crossing the sea) so I decided to buy the scratch!
