In this Photoshop Tutorial, I will teach you how to create a dispersion effect. This effect has become very popular. It looks fairly complicated, but it's actually quite simple. I believe the hardest part was finding the perfect free brush set for the effect. Which I have provided below. A few things we'll be doing is creating the effect using brushes and masks. I will then add a nice gradient for the image, then for the final step, I will sharpen the image and effect to make it stand out much more. I hope you like this tutorial.

Thank you for making the video on my request, btw i loved thumbnail one sided effect that is in thumbnail more than two side. But very nice job done. I would have send you my picture as object so that i would not have to make myself. 😁

The software is called "Adobe Photoshop" and it is known to be the world's best and popular photo editing software.
Even if i make a video on your request I'm not really sure if it will be uploaded soon.
But i can tell you orally in this comment :
1- create a blank document of size 1280 by 720, which is the UA-cam thumbnail size.
2- Do anything on it, make it attractive as possible, but remember not to clickbait your viewers meaning that whatever is on the thumbnail should be in the video, don't upload just anything to attract people that's not even in the video.
3- save it and upload it on UA-cam.
