All coastal cities will have heavy investment by the government of karnataka. UDUPI, MANGALORE , MANIPAL , KARWAR WILL BECOME BIGGER THAN TIER 2 CITIES.
Then Bengaluru will be poor without resources, not Karnataka. Bengaluru also full of dust and nasty roads polluted air, polluted lakes, narrow roads, garbage full roads, unplanned city, water scarcity in whole city depend 80% on ground water for drinking.
