I have one just like this and I can't stop the alarm. Every once in a while it decides to go off every few minutes and even wakes you up at night. I would never recommend this product.

That’s terrible! That’s definitely malfunctioning. I’m sorry to hear that you’re dealing with that. We have another model that will go off if our kids are roughhousing and run into the door, but it absolutely shouldn’t go off randomly. I hope you’re able to reach out to the manufacturer about it and get a replacement or refund.
