The maintenance of a MULITPOND multihead weigher is extremely simple with the help of appropriately trained personnel.
After the weigher has been completely dismantled within a few minutes, the inner workings can be accessed with ease.
The heart of the weigher - our patented load cell unit - can be removed with just three screws, then inspected easily.
The feed tray drive can also be removed and serviced in just a few simple steps, ensuring correct dosing before the next weighing operation.
The distribution cone drive is not exactly light, but it is easy to install and remove. After successful testing it is immediately ready for use again.
The front panel, behind which the power supply is hidden, can also be loosened with just a few turns and various modules can be replaced as required.
Although the individual parts are easy and uncomplicated to remove, we still ensure that the weigher is completely sealed all around. As a result, our weighing systems meet the highest hygienic standards required in the food industry, all done without the use of air pressure.
