That treatment is super nice. I like everything you have done with the el Camino. I have two 69 Caminos myself so I really enjoy your videos. Missed you when you were working on new shop. More videos please!😊

Turned out great ! I like that you made it 'removable'... any 'grill' ideas for bottom opening or just leave it open. I kinda like it just open like it is...
Turned out fantastic, and I’m really enjoying your videos! I totally agree with the previous comment regarding wearing eye protection. Full face protection would be even better. I cringed every time you started cutting with your grinder! Only takes one time…
Awesome job for what you had to work with.. just basic tools and some skills.. I like the turn signals, can I ask where you found them?? Can't wait for the next video.. great job 👏 👍
Thanks for the support. I really try to work with what I have available even though collecting new shiny tools makes me happy too. Lol. Thanks for watching!
Gary, I just started watching this video so I know you've already finished your fascia. But as you were starting to bend the rod, it occurred to me that you could have used the old bumper as a bending template since it already has the shape of the grill and headlights...
@@letsgetdirtygarage6197 I don't know if you're going to be using that silly little bracket that holds the spare tire in or not but I cut mine out probably 40 years ago (Of the 45 years I've owner the car) but on this restoration I'm going to use it again provided I can find one. Not exactly something they're re-popping and I can't find anyone that just has a carcass el camino laying around.😁

I looked for that bracket in my parts pile and have not been able to find it. It may have been thrown out when I moved shops. If I do run accross it sometime, I will let you know.

Super nice treatment. Like every thing you have done!
Thanks so much for your encouragement. We will keep at it. Thanks for watching!
Oh yeah, Love the Saga you've produced. I've binged watched a few times already.
So glad you are enjoying the vids. I enjoy making them. Thanks for watching!
Nice craftsmanship!
Thank you my friend. Stay tuned for more.

Thanks so much. Enjoy your Caminos my friend. Thanks for watching!
Schöne Arbeit. Mit Respekt.
Danke!!
I'm warming up to the front end but I still love my iconic 1970 front end with the SS grill.
Iconic is the right word for the 70 for sure. I just wanted a split bumper for some crazy reason. Lol. Thanks for watching!!
Well.... It looks pretty dang good.
Thanks for tuning in, I am pretty happy with the results. Thanks for watching!
Welcome back 😁
Thank you.

I will leave it open, I think anything I would add down there would look “added”. Lol. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the support and yes I need to do better at grabbing my glasses. Thanks for watching !
Looks good... Pops
Thanks! Appreciate the feedback.

I tried that too but since the grille was lowered the lines didn’t match too well. Great minds think alike. Lol. Thanks for watching!
Wow came out awesome 👍 are you going to add a chin spoiler or front lip? That would really set it off
Still noodling the idea of something for a chin accent. Maybe will be a video to come. Thanks for watching!
👌
Silly question for you, parts that you are not using anymore on the Camino, would you sell them? Thanks, love your channel.
Yeah I have sold a few things already, just sold the Camaro body. If you see something you might need, let me know. Thanks for watching!

Please use eye protection. We need you healthy to complete the projects 😅
