Her voice is fine. People have to realise its very hard to sing live and dance at the same time. Even michael jackson doesnt sound as good live as on cd. These artists are out of breath too so pls bear that in mind.

Actually, if you look her performance in SNL 2003 for Everytime you will listen pretty good vocals, as well as her performances in Onyx Hotel for this song and Shadow.

I've seen several different versions of this tour & they all sound exactly the same, and her voice cracks in the same spots. In fact, all of her prerecorded vocals 'crack' to give the impression that it's live. Look them up. Though she is technically singing live, the prerecorded version drowns out her live vocals.
