You put the wrong oil in. These vehicles take Dexos 2nd Generation Oil (Full Synthetic). Also you forgot to mention the power steering fluid to inspect level.
@@richierock1300 Huh well the drain-then-filter way makes more sense to me because you remove most of the oil that might spill out before taking out the filter. I still don't understand why it's so unreachable AND sideways, it's like a middle finger to any mechanics.

Why did you take filter out before draining?
Hard to get filter from underneath plus after removal I can spray it down a little to help clean up then raise it up clean it from underneath
