In am currently living in the US and I do know that in both the local and the federal government do have special placements disabled persons. There are also many businesses that also have positions for disabled person. For example, Walmart has that policy. This is just one example of a business sector. There are many other businesses that have such policies for training disabled persons and employ them in their field of expertise. Ghana should explore these in both the government and public sector.
