'Eve of Destruction' 2024 at Lebanon Valley Speedway! (Full show) - 6/25/24

Alright and 2024 'Eve of Destruction' with my Aunt, family friend, and myself! I will say there is one disclaimer in this full event video and that is for some reason the car jump into the vertical bus file on my camera corrupted and I am not sure if that was something in the transfer from the camera to the computer or if this was something when it was actually recording. Either way, that was the only event that I didn't get the recording of but I have the photos of it and that is in here. I mean it was similar to the other years but oh well.
So this was another good year for the event. For me, the races were the best part of the event and man it was surprising how many rollovers we had this event. 3! Yeah 3 rollovers and that's pretty nuts honestly. Usually maybe one happens but three is a surprise. The stunts were decent but I think the one issue was the fact how long the last 1/2 of the show was as they put most of the stunts on the back half of the show and it dragged down the pace of things. Hopefully they do more of the stunt stuff more in the first half after the races cause it slowed down a bit. Will be at the 2025 event of this and in a few days I will once again be recording the 'Night of Fire' event with my Aunt and I over at the Dragway.

Your Dad having that awesome powerhouse #1 U.S. flag painted car is always a treat. The 2022 trailer race where he started so far back to catch the leader in the end was so sick....and the relay racing he did too. This year like last year he seemed to have had some bad breaks again with it not getting enough ooomf like a couple years ago. Hehe they need to do something like have him in a 4 cylinder race with a lap down disadvantage and see if he can catch the pack or allow him back into the relays as the final or first relay set. ;)

i was the 17 car that got flipped during the hood and trunk race, that was quite the experience for never having raced before

I'll say. Now did that have the mandated roll cage or was it just a nice sturdy Van you had? It's hard to say but it looks like you got bumped but regardless rollovers in the Hood and Trunk Race is pretty damn rare for a 3 lap race. Usually it's pretty.....mundane in all the years we've been there. XD
Tell you what, you got a highlight to show the family for sure. I got it pretty good on video.

I was the 21 in the trailer race. Pulled off cause I thought I got black flagged. My first time racing a real car on a big track and it was fun. My dad was the same car the other events it was in. They got rid of half of the stuff for them to be called stunts

Hehe next year I think see if you can attach like a couch on the trailer. :P
