"Roger Rabbit and the Secrets of Toontown" is a behind-the-scenes documentary hosted by Joanna Cassidy on the making of "Who Framed Roger Rabbit". It originally aired as a television special to promote the film on September 13, 1988. Although the special was never released on any home video format. Here is the first part:

I was on the Hope Street set when Bob hoskins was driving. The little black car and Steven Spielberg told me all about the effects they were working on that day. It was the wrap of the Hope Street location. That then invited me to the Griffith Park tunnel entrance to Toontown shooting some cars driving in and out. I wish I'd been on more sets. How did you get such a great transfer of this old broadcast promotion film?
