- Lo and behold, the opening/closing video on a brand new CAM copy of Toy Story 2! …and a brand new demo bootleg of Simon Sez… and it’s all ultimately recycled from the telesync of The Sixth Sense. Confusing, am I right?
OPENING:
1. MPAA Green Band [PG-13]
2. Independent Artists logo (appears for a split-second before cutting to…)
3. Final 3 seconds of the Walt Disney Pictures logo (1995-2007)
4. Pixar Animation Studios logo (1995-2007 version)
5. Opening Titles
CLOSING:
1. Final Scene (Wheezy singing “You’ve Got a Friend in Me”)
2. End Credits (timed slightly different from most early-DVD versions, gets cut off 13 seconds in before cutting to…)
3. Split second of the “End Of Days” telesync
4. Blue Screen of Death/VCR screens
5. The remaining portion of the “Simon Sez” demo bootleg recording, with the final fight scene & end credits
6. PG-13 screen
7. White Screen of Death
8. Blue Screen of Death
9. The remaining portion of the telesync of “The Sixth Sense”, with its final scenes and ending credits with people blocking them.
10. Cuts out to Blue Screen of Death for the remainder of the tape.
CUE MARKS:
Reel #1 - The “Dinosaur” teaser & “Luxo, Jr.” short (both not present on tape) precedes the main feature; reel ends approximately 11:37 into feature, ending with DARKNESS.
Reel #2 - reel ends approximately 32:34 into feature, ending with an old TV with static.
Reel #3 - reel ends approximately 53:06 into feature, ending with a shot of Jessie smiling.
Reel #4 - reel ends approximately 1:11:43 into feature, ending with a shot of Rex & Buzz staring down at the camera.
Reel #5a - Remaining 20:45 of feature film, with MPAA G rating stamp (not present on tape) ending the reel. - Фільми й анімація
I think this is one of the weirdest bootleg vhs endings I've ever seen
I’ve just bought a TRB of Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace off Mercari two days ago, and it also has the New Line Error as well
Ah yes, the one bootleg that is infamous for being covered on a news article. It looks identical to that one, too!
6:35 Ha! You guessed it. It’s the US version of Toy Story 2 on a theater recorded bootleg.
The quality looks amazing on this vhs 📼
Weird how it cuts to another movie😂
The one I’m looking for is one where they took the 2010 DVD and taped over a white matter disease documentary but the macrovision ruined it
This feels like a Analog horror video
Agreed. This tape alone is just so surreal to watch.
now this is high quality bootleg content
bootlegs are just epic.
The movie shown for a split second has to be End of days because I think that girl is Robin Tunney.
Also, I love how most of these theater bootlegs have the New Line error label ha
How did they put Toy Story 2, Simon Sez, & The Sixth Sense in one tape?!
It’s likely that the TS2 bootleg is a scenario where it was taped over some existing bootlegs that weren’t sold. As evident here, this was originally a bootleg for The Sixth Sense, before it turned into a bootleg of Simon Sez. It probably wasn’t sold at all, so the bootleggers used the unsold stock to sell copies of TS2 instead.
And why does it have the New Line Cinema logo on the tape?
Likely because it was the most common bootleg label template that was being used at the time. A shit ton of TRBs around this time used the “New Line Error” label, starting in 1997/1998 and going up until around 2003/2004.
@@DozerDavisProductions i think also saw it on a bootleg tape of Star Wars episode 1 The Phantom Menace.
I do remember seeing a copy of that film on a “New Line error” bootleg as well. I believe I saw it covered on an old news article somewhere and it had a photo of the very label from that bootleg.
Since you upload a TS2 Cam copy
There’s another Toy Story cam copy two days ago
I know that Devinnytroy got a copy of this bootleg, but I am currently unaware if another Toy Story 2 cam exists. Another might exist though. Devinny’s copy has a high chance of being the TS that most copies have anyway, but if it has the cam copy, that would be cool.
@@DozerDavisProductions yes. But I also seen another Toy Story 1 Cam copy
Is it the VHS&CDBrony copy? (meaning the one that he uploaded a video on back in 2015)
@@DozerDavisProductions Mine is this CAM copy, except mine starts right at the opening credits
Even more iconic about this video, I recently ordered TRBs of The Sixth Sense and End of Days from a VHS lot yesterday, amongside TRBs of Brown Sugar and Soul Plane
Five reels?
Correct, it is 5 reels long. Or, technically 5 1/2 reels, considering there are 2 versions of Reel #5 that exist because of the addition of the outtakes.

The only reason you’re getting the heart is because that is SO out of context that I just had to heart it.
I bet the IA logo seen for a split second was from the Simon sez trailer
Did you recorded this at a cinema
No, I didn’t. This was a CAM that someone else recorded all those years ago back in November 1999. There was no way that I can film it, because I wasn’t born in 1999.
@@DozerDavisProductions bootlegs are strange
@@DozerDavisProductionsWhen I First Started Watching TRB videos for the first time. I really thought the owner himself recorded back in the cinemas for all of those years..
I’m early!
How very made this fake VHS tape call 911 on then
I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t call 911 to expose someone selling such a bootleg like this.
@@DozerDavisProductionsis this a mass sold bootleg? i doubt the producers are still around
